When will my order arrive?
 
Products are generally shipped from our international warehouses. We cut out the middle man so we can pass the best price on to you. Therefore orders generally take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks* for the items to reach you, though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country. 

We offer a Money Back Guarantee if your item is not with you after 45 working days from dispatch.

Has my order been dispatched yet? 

Orders are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us on support@bozlunofficial.com and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do? 

If your product is damaged then please take photos and send them to us on support@bozlunofficial.com. We will then ask if you would like a refund or another sent. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or another packaging. This is the carriers responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you! 

I need to cancel or change my order how do I this?

We always try our best to cancel your order, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order. We will always try our best to help your situation 

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.

My order is still not here please help?

If you order has taken longer than 45 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent. 

I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address no problem. If the order has been shipped then, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you would still not find it and would like it to resent then please do let us know.

I was charged more than what the product was advertised?

All of our products are processed in USD. The price may be shown in your local currency when browsing but once you check out in will revert into USD. Any additional charges you may see on your bank statement will be applied by your bank due to conversion fees and not us. Also, any import/customs duty or VAT is liable with you (the customer) and not us (Bozlun Official).


I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email it will be in there most of the time, if not you can email us on support@bozlunofficial.com for an update on your tracking.

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal payments as well. If your card was declined then please do not worry, simply contact us and we will advise you. 

What are your shipping costs and do you provide international shipping?

YES - We Ship WORLDWIDE. Where ever you are in the world we will get your order to you! Our shipping costs are the lowest around. See below our prices:

Retrun Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 20 days from receipt of your order. If 20 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item is damaged or defected, we will be happy to refund or replace the item. Simply send us pictures of the order in question to support@bozlunofficial.com. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bozlunofficial.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We happily will exchange an item if you are not 100% happy, simply contact us and let us know what you would like it exchanged for. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@bozlunofficial.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or you were sent the incorrect item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Cancellations

We always try our best to cancel your order, so we advise you contact us ASAP if you would like to do so. However, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order but we will always help you in your situation.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
